One of my key concepts and the most liked of all my writings in over 30 years is the idea of “MOLO,” which stands for “More Of, Less Of.” MOLO is a powerful tool for ensuring clarity in an efficient, easy-to-utilize exercise. It involves identifying what you want more of and the things you want less of, and then something you want to do more of and less of to accomplish the first lists items. Type up the things you want more of, the things you want less of, and then type something you want to do more of and less of. For example, if you want to exercise and eat healthier, you might aim to work out at least three times a week and eat more healthy foods. On the other hand, if you want less procrastination and more productivity, you might set a goal to start each day with a more clear to-do list and spend less time on your phone. The simple key to making MOLO work utilizes your phone. Type in four headers: What do I want more of What do I want less of What do I need to do more of What do I need to do less of Then fill in bullets below each header and review the list often throughout the year.
